OPPO's upcoming Smart was recently spotted on IMEI database, Indian Regulatory (BIS) and Indonesian Regulatory (TKDN) certification with Model number CPH2599. Now I (techKard) Have spotted this same OPPO CPH2599 on FCC certification and Singapore government's certificate IMDA certification.

As per the FCC certification, the OPPO CPH2599 will be boot on ColourOs 14 which is based on Android 14. The device will have 5G connectivity with NR Bands n5, n7, n38, n41 and n66. Unfortunately that all what those certifications revealed.
OPPO Pad Neo (Oppo OPD2303) IMDA listing.
Along with the OPPO CPH2599 the Oppo Pad Neo is Also listed on the IMDA certification. Although it was recently listed on the site with the model number OPD2302 Which was the WiFi only option of the tablet. Now the device is listed with Model number OPD2303 which is the LTE variant of the OPPO Pad Neo.

As far the specifications, Rumors suggest that the Oppo Pad Neo will feature an impressive 11.35-inch LCD display boasting a 2.4K resolution and 7:5 aspect ratio. Internally, it's anticipated to sport 8GB of RAM for seamless multitasking and a capacious 256GB storage, with a potential 128GB variant to cater to diverse user needs.
Equipped with the Helio G99 chipset, the Oppo Pad Neo aims to find a sweet spot between power and efficiency. Its 8,000mAh battery, combined with USB-C charging using the USB 2.0 standard, promises extended usage.
For photography and video calls, the tablet is rumored to come with 8MP front and rear cameras. The audio experience is expected to be immersive, thanks to four speakers with Dolby Atmos support, creating a dynamic soundscape. Out of the box, it will run on OxygenOS 13.2-based Android 13.
